Fortunately, BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid has now announced the official start date for the new monthly stipend of Rs 13500 under Kafalat, which will begin in January 2025.

Consequently, qualified recipients of the Benazir quarterly Payment are currently making their way to the designated campsites upon receiving a confirmation notification via 8171.

She also announced January as the designated month for the Benazir Hunarmand Program. This initiative will offer vocational training to all members of the beneficiary’s household.

The Benazir Kafalat Program, introduced in 2008, provides unconditional cash transfers to eligible women, including widows and divorced women. In 2024, the amount distributed under this program will be Rs 10500. This year, the government has allocated a higher budget for BISP, resulting in a 27% increase in its quarterly installment.

13500 Kafalat Program: New Payment Schedule and Timing Details

The Benazir Income Support Program has declared that starting in January, newly eligible women will begin receiving payments of 13500 to their accounts. This is fantastic news for impoverished families. If receiving messages from 8171, women can visit one of six bank POS agents at the designated campsites to receive their BISP benefits directly into their accounts.
