How to Register for the BISP 2025 Survey

During your visit to the Benazir Registration Center, the following tasks will be carried out:

Enter the building and join the queue at the information desk. Priority will be given to senior citizens, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities.
When it’s your turn, please present either your own CNIC or that of a family member.
Kindly provide the screening officer with any communication you have received regarding the Benazir Kafalat program.

Screening Process at BISP Registration Office

If the roaster update has already been completed and an update is necessary, a token will be sent. Alternatively, if the survey has not yet been completed, a token will be provided for a new survey.
