BISP New Enrollments: Registration for Kafaalat Program 12500 begins after July 15

I am giving you the latest update for all the eligible Pakistani citizens who are not yet enrolled in the Benazir Income Support Program, but are now eligible to enroll in the Benazir Kafalat 12500 Payment as BISP is now accepting new beneficiaries through the dynamic survey.

New enrollments will begin in July 2024, and applicants who score less than 32 in the 8171 program are eligible for quarterly Kafaalat payments.

Starting 15 July: Enrollment Open for New Beneficiaries in the Kafalat Program

Beneficiaries of the BISP Program who have completed their survey and have been told they are ineligible for the Kafalat Payment can also conduct the survey again in July, and women who have not completed their surveys but wish to enroll in Benazir Income Support Program can do so from 15 July onwards.

To verify your eligibility for the program, visit your nearest BISP Teshil office and complete the Dynamic survey if you are widowed, divorced, or your husband is unemployed.

Kafalat Program Accepts 700,000 More Beneficiaries

700,000 New Registrations open for beneficaries can register their phone numbers in the list of beneficiaries so that when their payments arrive, they will receive a message at the same number from “8171”, as it is currently happening for BISP April to June payments.

For qualified women, the Benazir Kafalat Program is now accepting new registrations. The Benazir Kafaalat Program will receive your payment in April or June, depending on whether your status is listed as eligible for the program. If, on the other hand, it indicates that you are ineligible, don’t worry—DG Naveed Akbar says the final decision regarding the list of beneficiaries will be made in August.

Who Can Enroll In The BISP Kafalat Program Starting 15 July

  • It is necessary for the candidate to be a Pakistani citizen.
  • Apply for the Ehsaas program if you need help and are at least 18 years old.
  • Female applicant with a valid CNIC card

  • The program is open to families with members who are mentally or physically challenged.
  • A poverty index of less than thirty is required.

The Dynamic Enrollment Survey: How To Complete It

Here are clear instructions and guidelines for all New Applicants who wish to join the program and complete their survey at the Tehsil Centers:

  • Search for your local or nearest BISP Tehsil Center,
  • Visit BISP Dynamic’s registration desk.
  • Your CNIC card and your kids’ B-Form should be given to the worker behind the counter.
  • The staff will send you a token for the new or updated survey.
  • The next step is to confirm the number you were given, and then use that number to locate the registration area. A data input operator will ask you questions about your financial and personal information.
  • Upon completing the application form, you will need to verify your thumb.
  • 8171 will then send you a verification message.
  • A confirmation letter verifying eligibility for the 8171 program will be sent to the eligible families after further verification.

Latest BISP enrollments in the 12500 Kafalat program

The BISP Director General said during a Live session that beneficiaries who are eligible for the BISP Program but are not receiving their payments from any tehsil center can receive their payments at the BISP Campsites.

There are some explicit guidelines for all women: if they receive their money after deductions or if they provide the money to the agents on their own without objecting, they will be permanently removed.
