In 2024, the Pakistani government and the Benazir Income support program launched a brand new registration service in major remote areas.

As this service is offered, the eligibility criteria are very clear. Therefore, people who cannot visit the BISP portal for registration or cannot afford online registration are largely eligible for the service.
