12500 New Registrants Confirmed For October-December Installment! | 8171 Update

Here is the latest Update for all those who have newly registered in the 8171 BISP Program through the dynamic Survey, but have not yet received their payments. 8171 is experiencing this problem because the new beneficiaries who are enrolled and receive messages from 8171 will be receiving their payments in October as their names will be added to the list of beneficiaries in September.

12500 October To December Payments Are Confirmed

A recent video message by BISP Director General Naveed Akbar stated that beneficiaries of the BISP Program who did their survey before 2021 need to do it again by December 30, as the list of beneficiaries will be finalized soon and people who are newly enrolled in the BISP program will be eligible for October to December payments based on its requirements.

It is possible that Benazir Kafaalat’s Payment can be increased from 10500 to 12500 since the new Budget also shows an increase in BISP payments.

Who Is Eligible For October To December Payments?

Only beneficiaries who have received their April To June Payments will be eligible for the program if they have resurveyed in the BISP Program. Otherwise, they will be declared ineligible and the newly registered person will be added to the list.

A person who completed their survey in 2023 or 2024 is also eligible for the Program. All that is needed now is to check your status on the 8171 BISP Portal to find out when your payment arrived.

In 2026, BISP will conduct its next survey for ineligible individuals.

Director General of BISP Naveed Akbar answered questions from beneficiaries who were experiencing a variety of difficulties and obstacles during his online social media session on August 5. Meanwhile, many of the participants were experiencing the same problem of their status displaying an ineligible sign or Code 933 despite the fact that they had been receiving payments on the same CNIC for some time; however, their payments had been discontinued.

Who Is Ineligible For The BISP Program?

Below are a few reasons why women might not be receiving money anymore.

A woman will no longer be eligible to receive cash from the 8171 Program if her PMT Score or level of poverty increases.
When she joined the program, she encouraged fraud or provided incorrect information.
When a woman or anyone else submits a return tax on behalf of that CNIC card.
Women who have participated in payment deductions will be immediately removed from the program.

In conclusion

As soon as new registrants have completed the survey requirements, they will receive their 12-500 installment of the 8171 BISP Program in October-December. If you completed your surveys before 2021, you need to retake them by December 30 to ensure eligibility.
